All vehicles MUST hold a current electrical warrant of fitness, where applicable.
A booking is not confirmed and guaranteed until a deposit is paid. While we do everything we can to accommodate your wishes, the final decision on site allocation remains with the owners.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per site is required for all sites booked from the 23rd Dec – 6th February; there after a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required per site. There is a minimum of five-night stay for arrivals between 23 December and the 10th January.

Balance of payment to be paid on arrival.
All payments by credit card will incur a 4% surcharge.
Please be sure of your booking. You will be charged for your entire booked stay.
There are no refunds for deposits or installments made before arrival or for early departure for any reason
All vehicles, boats etc. must fit on your site. Please ensure all camping, boat/fishing gear; bikes etc are stowed securely at all times.
All powered sites are $5 extra per night. There is a cover charge of $10 per site to cover New Year’s Eve security, entertainment and children’s activities over this period.
Check in is from 11am.
Departure time is 10.30am. Those requiring a late check-out, please organise with reception. Should this not be organised and you vacate after 10.30am you will incur a $25 late fee charge.
Deposits and people staying cannot be transferred. In the event where a member of the party is absent for a night(s) there is no deduction.
Please let your visitors know that they are required to pay a visitor''s fee. All visitors must park in the D.O.C car-park. Our facilities are at maximum capability over the Dec/Jan Period. Visitors on New Year’s Eve are not permitted.
No pets allowed – dogs, cats, birds etc
